Insite Contracts recently completed a £2.4m commercial-to-educational conversion at Glasgow's Craftworks, transforming 60,000 sq. ft. of vacant office space into a state-of-the-art learning hub for Summix, Kaplan, and their university partners.

Delivered on a compressed 18-week timeline alongside project managers Arcadis, the fast-tracked fit-out required a complete internal strip-out across three floors.

 

Our team oversaw the creation of specialised, acoustically treated learning zones, a comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) overhaul, and the installation of premium breakout and washroom facilities designed for high-density student use.

Supported by our trusted supply chain partners, we successfully handed over a high-quality, purpose-built educational environment strictly on schedule for the new academic term.
