Caledonia Court

Summary
Insite 360 recently completed a comprehensive £240,000 building envelope upgrade at Caledonia Court in Fraserburgh. Commissioned by Graham & Sibbald on behalf of the Sanctuary Group, the 12-week program focused on modernizing the facility’s natural lighting systems through the installation of high-performance Velux windows and Brett Martin rooflights, significantly enhancing the roofline's thermal efficiency and structural integrity.
Led by Manager Paul Whitters and Site Supervisor Jamie Hardie, the project demanded precise logistical coordination. Top Tier Scaffolding provided secure high-level access, while JPR Group executed complex crane lifts to safely maneuver heavy materials across the site. This synchronized approach enabled our joinery team—Ewan Abercrombie and Blair Murphy Brown, supported by apprentices Ruairidh Fergus and Kieran Craigan—to maintain an efficient and steady installation schedule.
To ensure a true turnkey handover, the structural works were followed by a complete internal transformation. Electrical integration was managed by Shane Steenson, while our decorating team of Stevie Clowes, Nigel Mills, and Paul Lamb delivered a high-specification final finish. Completed strictly on time and within budget, the project underscores Insite 360’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and collaborative delivery across the North East.
