From Polish Village to Glaswegian Administrator: Joanna's Journey at Insite FM Services...
It's been over a year now since Joanna Balicka joined the team at Insite FM Services as our new Administrator, and what a whirlwind year it's been! From the very beginning, Joanna has impressed us with her dedication, efficiency and positive attitude... as a result she has quickly become an invaluable member of our team, and we are so grateful for her contributions.
Over 15 years ago, Joanna embarked on a life-changing journey, trading the tranquility of her small village in Poland for the bustling streets of Glasgow, Scotland. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a yearning for new experiences, she set her sights on a career in Business & Accounting, a path that would lead her to her current fulfilling role as an administrator at Insite FM Services at our office in Glasgow.
Throughout her career, Joanna has filed various roles, each experience enriching her professional skills and shaping her into the resourceful and adaptable individual she is today.
Today, as an administrator at Insite FM Services, Joanna plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company. Her responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing everything from managing client accounts and processing invoices to coordinating schedules and providing administrative support to the team.
"I enjoy the variety that comes with my role," says Joanna, with enthusiasm.
