Leadership Team
Scott Smith
Head Of Finance
Scott brings over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, gaining membership to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 2013, leveraging his expertise to lead Insite as Group Head of Finance.
He has a strong foundation in auditing, accounting, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving strategic financial decisions.
Scott McMillan
Group Managing Director
Scott is one of the founding Directors of Insite Contracts and has over 30 years’ experience working within the construction industry.
His continuous success of the Insite Group by further developing and investing in our people and technology to ensure the company grows from strength to strength.
George Finlay
Operations Director
George has over 30 years of experience within construction, contracting and fit out projects, he has a sound understanding of all aspects of the industry.
He is responsible for the delivery of all Insite Contracts projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, health and safety and site management are achieved.
Gerry Campbell
Head of Sales and Marketing
Gerry joined Insite initially as a Consultant, but he fitted right in so we decided to make it permanent.
He brings his 30 plus years of Marketing & Sales experience, working within both agencies and client side.
His knowledge and skills are beneficial helping the Group grow and evolve.
Julie Fergus
Director of FM Services
Julie brings extensive experience working within Estate and Facilities Management in both the Public and Commercial Sectors, which we believe is an invaluable resource for the Insite team.
She is also a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
Gordon Bruce
Director Specialist Services
Gordon initially joined Insite as an Estimator having a wealth of experience within the industry from Joinery through to Commercial Management.
He is an innovative and forward thinking member of the Team and is now one of the UK’s leading experts in Air Quality Management, Bio Security and Hygienic coating systems.
David Stewart
Contracts Director
David has developed his career in the construction industry through his time at Insite from its inception in 2004.
He has ultimate responsibility for the successful completion of every project and works closely with his teams.
David has an excellent professional reputation, building client relationships & delivering high quality projects.
LyndaAnn Nelson
Credit Controller
LyndaAnn has over 30 years of experience in credit control, bringing a wealth of expertise working in the fast-paced Motor Trade Industry and in Property Management.
Joining us here at Insite in 2015 she has developed a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and regulations, ensuring efficient credit control, exceptional customer service and a smooth operation of all financial processes.
Morgan Baker
Operations Director Cladding & Roofing
Morgan brings a vast amount of experience to the Cladding & Roofing team.
From starting out as an installer working all over the UK to as far afield as Canada helping develop his knowledge in the industry.
He has an excellent understanding of all aspects of the industry, focusing on and exceeding client expectations.
