Our Services

Cyclical Maintenance

Cyclical maintenance is defined as work that requires to be carried out on an agreed cycle and can be annually or every number of years. Gas servicing is annually while close window and fence painting can be every 5 or 6 years.

Other work includes Electrical safety checks (every 5 years), common light bulb renewal and drainage checks.

Planned Maintenance

Planned Maintenance is a projected programme for major repairs planned for the next 5 years.

Many projects are planned to meet the requirements of the Scottish Housing Quality Standard.

The programme may vary subject to funding availability or contingency.

Reactive Maintenance

Reactive Maintenance, generally speaking, it takes less time and money to do nothing than it does to do something, and this holds true when it comes to reactive maintenance.

There is no initial major cost associated with reactive maintenance, and it requires far less planning than preventive maintenance, for instance but this is a very shortsighted approach, and relying exclusively on reactive maintenance in your facility is not sustainable for the long term.

Insurance Reinstatement

Providing exceptional claims management and building repairs to the insurance markets we offer a wealth of experience to both insurance companies and policy-holders alike. Repairs are carried out to the highest standards by our own directly employed operatives and affiliated approved subcontractors.

All claims, regardless of scope are handled by a dedicated contract manager who will see the project through to completion. Our reinstatement division is structured to enable us to react quickly and efficiently to insured perils where damage has occurred by way of subsidence, fire, storm, accidental, impact or escape of water.
