Insite's Facilities Management team has begun roof replacement works on the Job Centre in Arbroath, Scotland, on behalf of Mitie. Leading the works is Paul Whitters from our FM Team and he will be working with David Montgomery and Iain Chalmers from Mitie.
The project involves the removal of existing roof coverings, timber battens, and underfelt, followed by the installation of a new roof system, including a waterproof membrane and guttering.
Additionally, any necessary repairs will be undertaken to ensure the roof is fully functional and weatherproof.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of January.
Once completed, the new roof will provide the Job Centre with enhanced protection against the elements, extending the lifespan of the building and reducing the risk of leaks and other water damage.
